If you had a chiropractic (or other type of) firm as a client, what message/design would you design for that firm that could follow directly behind this Plastic Surgery billboard on the I-15 highway in downtown Salt Lake City?

Throw out some ideas, or better yet, design one and post it here! A clever business could get results from both billboards... (In case you can't see it well, it's a photograph of three fruit: A grapefruit, cantaloupe and watermelon, in ascending order.)
